The Holiday Friends & Family Event will run 11/15/24 to 12/16/24. All codes expire on 12/16/24 at midnight MST.


You can checkout once using your code. There is no item or dollar amount limit on your code. You can use your code to login and browse as many times as you’d like. Once you complete checkout, your code will no longer allow you to login and shop.


Yes! Your code provides access to both the US and Canada Friends & Family stores. However, please note that brands listed on the Canada store will only ship to Canada, and brands listed on the US store will only ship within the US.


Some of the brands featured in the Friends and Family event may offer discount codes for use on their direct websites. These discount code purchases do not count as your one purchase on the Friends store, so you can still make your purchase directly on the partner code brand's website. We recommend saving your codes before checking out on the Friends store to ensure you can use it separately on the brand’s site. You will no longer be able to access the Friends store post-checkout. Discount codes will expire on 12/16.


From November 15th to December 16th, in exchange for your discount on gear we require a $1 donation to your choice of our featured non-profits. On Giving Tuesday (12/3) Outdoor Prolink will be matching all donations collected for our non-profits. If your order is tax exempt, please reach out to [email protected] after you place your order with your order # and tax exempt certificate.


Unfortunately all Outdoor Prolink orders are final sale and cannot be edited or canceled after you complete your order. No exceptions. Please review your order before completing your purchase!


It should take between 7-14 business days for your order to ship and arrive at your door. When your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information via email. If you order from multiple brands, you’ll receive one tracking number per brand.


Visit this link to check the status of your order. You will need to know the email address you entered at checkout and your order number. If you don’t have your order number, no worries, type in your email address and we’ll send you an email with your order number.


Per our agreement with distributors, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges on any orders. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase!


Outdoor Prolink is a dropship company. This means that all gear is shipped from each individual brand’s warehouse. If you order from three brands, you’ll receive three separate packages and pay three separate shipping costs.


When you place an order on Outdoor Prolink, an initial pending charge is placed on the card. This is to confirm that you have enough funds for the order placed, and it will disappear within a few days. The actual charge will not go through to the card until all items have been shipped. If an item is canceled off the order, the final charge will reflect this change.


Occasionally, an item can go out of stock between you placing an order and the warehouse fulfilling your order. In the event this happens, the item will be canceled from your order and you will not be charged. If you need to place a new order for an in-stock item, reach out to [email protected] for another code.
